Team Grant is raising $150,000 for an accessible, inclusive playground at Grant Elementary, with installation planned for Fall 2027.
We strive to support every student, teacher, and staff member at Grant Elementary, through sponsoring and promoting extracurriculars, field trips, special classroom projects, funding and coordinating teacher appreciation events throughout the year, and encouraging family and community involvement in our school.
Spring Run Club - Run by Grant Elementary Parents!
Play is where children build friendships, confidence, movement, imagination, and belonging. An inclusive playground gives Grant students of all abilities a shared place to participate fully in school life.
Every gift helps remove a barrier.
Every gift moves the You Belong Here campaign closer to construction. Families, neighbors, businesses, service clubs, foundations, and community partners are invited to help make this playground possible.
Donations at every level are greatly appreciated!
We are hopeful that we can raise these funds by the end of the 2026-2027 school year.
Let's make sure every student has a place to play when they return to school in August 2027!
Grant Elementary's playground, adjoining Grant Park, is used by thousands from all over Spokane. Whether during the weekly Thursday Market or the annual South Perry Street Fair, your contribution to the community will be well observed and appreciated!
